Lack of response from CC for game code
I purchased a GTX 1080Ti about 2 months ago. No game code was included with the purchase because I was told you have to email reedm@canadacomputers.com... I did that within a couple days and waited for a response. A couple weeks went by so I tried again. Still no response. I emailed the main customer service address. No response there.

If you're looking to buy from this company beware: They clearly don't care about their customers once they have your money. They clearly don't care about honoring any offers they advertise. They clearly don't care about the fact that they're losing customers.

Go figure.

Ignore the cut-and-paste response from the moderator here. It's rhetoric, doesn't directly address the customer's concerns and is simply there to try to save face for a company that both screwed up and doesn't want to admit it, or offer any kind of apology for the real problem: CC doesn't care about responding to it's customers when they made a mistake.
