Thumbs Down Broken website images
Hello,

There is a problem with the CC website where product images are served from a non-standard port. This is problematic, because most enterprises including mine block non-standard ports which results in the beautiful page below:

I had hoped that your new website design would drop this weird way of serving images, but it appears not.

Please fix this, because it's very painful to browse a website with no images and pushes me to browse competitors' websites instead.

Thanks!

Hi Gravufo,

I have forwarded your message to our head office.

If your network admin wants to do you a favor and unblock the port for now, the images are going through port 16026.

Have a great day!

Hi Gravufo,

I have just received a reply that the image server has been moved to port 80. You should now be able to see images on our website through your corporate network. Please let me know if the issue is still there.

Thank you for your feedback!

Hi Mahloot,

Thank you so much! It works perfectly now and I really appreciate the fast action, I was expecting this change to take quite a while longer Smile

+1 to the dev/ops team and of course you!

Have a great day.
