Did anyone else have a negative experience with an RMA?
I dropped off some RAM back in January to have it RMA'ed back to Gskill. As of today I'm still waiting. I called the store 2 weeks ago and the guy seemed surprised that I hadn't gotten it back yet. He told me he'd email head office. I continued to hear nothing. So a few days ago I emailed the RMA department and still haven't heard anything back. I tried phoning the store today and no-one is picking up at the service desk.

Is this the usual way Canada computers operates or is my experience strange? This is my first time having a problem with the company. I've been shopping here for over ten years.
