No order confirmation - No response - No password Rest - Not happy
I ordered online on Fri.

I've requested a note on the shipping status... no response.

I've requested an alternate store pickup since it's not being shipped, no response.

I tried 8 times to get a forgotten password... no email response.
I've made a second request on the delivery status... no response.

The website says orders are shipped within 2 days. Today is the 4th day and I've received nothing but a receipt.

This has been a terrible experience. Other companies are much more accessible, friendly, responsive, efficient.

I ordered from CC to get it THIS WEEK.... but maybe you're happy to hold off on the delivery since the 14 day warranty starts from the order date? That's shameful if it's true.

No phone number to find out the status of my order is also an extremely poor way to do business online in 2017.

I NEVER SCREAM IN ALL CAPS... UNTIL NOW. Is my order coming? Was it received? What's the status on the order?

Anybody home????????????
