I ordered online on Fri.
I've requested a note on the shipping status... no response.
I've requested an alternate store pickup since it's not being shipped, no response.
I tried 8 times to get a forgotten password... no email response.
I've made a second request on the delivery status... no response.

The website says orders are shipped within 2 days. Today is the 4th day and I've received nothing but a receipt.

This has been a terrible experience. Other companies are much more accessible, friendly, responsive, efficient.

I ordered from CC to get it THIS WEEK.... but maybe you're happy to hold off on the delivery since the 14 day warranty starts from the order date? That's shameful if it's true.

No phone number to find out the status of my order is also an extremely poor way to do business in 2017.

I NEVER SCREAM IN ALL CAPS... UNTIL NOW.

I'm in the same boat as you. To me, it looks like their email system isn't working properly. I made an order yesterday, never received an order confirmation. I requested password reset, never got the email. Had to create a new account, never got the new account confirmation email. Nothing.

I emailed onlinesupport@ yesterday to let them know their email appears to be broken, but haven't received a reply (which would make sense if they tried to reply over email!). I've submitted a request on their online order support form letting them know as well; no reply yet.

I've tried calling but nobody answers the phone.

If there are any Canada Computers employees here - can you please escalate this to whoever needs to see it? Your entire online ordering system is non functional right now, which is a pretty serious issue.
