Shipping Times
A week ago i had my mother order some stuff from Canada computers for me. It was free shipping and is said it would take 2-3 business days to come. It has now been 1 week and i have not received anything. I am truly disappointed and will never use your services again.

RE: Shipping Times
Please contact online order support via the webform for help with online orders: http://www.canadacomputers.com/contact_c...ervice.php .

I do not have any access to anything relating to online orders as I am not part of that department, I am unable to help you further.

My thoughts, views, and opinions do not reflect that of Canada Computers and are solely my own.

RE: Shipping Times
I'm having a similar issue as well. Emailed about it, probably called about 30 times, but no chance with it as well.

Order no: 1014357
Order date: Monday 26 December, 2016 (Credit card charged on the order date) By the way, there is a chance that I might lose some rebates if you do not ship my order asap.

I had another order 1014528 which was given on Monday 26 December 2016. The items arrived on Thursday 05 January 2016. The problem is these items had rebates as shown at discounted price on the website, but by the date you shipped those items, the rebate postage date was already passed; Gamdias was asking me to post the rebate within 8 calendar days of order date; but the items arrived to me on 10th calendar day. Oh, the bonus is the keyboard is apparently a defective product but since I tried to post the rebate form as much as possible, you don't help with the exchange as well.

Do you compensate the rebate amount in this case, or do I lose like $50 because you didn't ship the items on time?

Oh and just to let you know. This is is by far the worst online shopping experience I had. Thank you for all the pain.

RE: Shipping Times
And now based on the response from the Gamdias, I need to start RMA and I'll be paying for the shipping as well.

RE: Shipping Times
As the mail-in-rebates are set by the manufacturer and not within our control, we do not provide compensation for missed mail-in-rebate deadlines. Different manufacturers have different requirements and deadlines.

It should not be based on the order date, but rather based on the invoice date. Check the invoice date on the receipt for the items, maybe it's invoiced later than the order date and would still allow you to have the mail-in-rebate.

If the mail-in-rebate has been completed, which often also means the UPC code and serial number on the package box have to be cut out and sent with the mail-in-rebate form, we are then unable to process exchanges. Warranty support for the product has to come from the manufacturer instead. If the box is intact and those items weren't cut out, you should still be able to request a defective replacement through CC within the allowed time period (30 days on most items).
