So your company doesn't ever answer the phone it seems. One might think this was related to the holidays but we also had this issue in the summer.

Concerning ordering issues I would assume the best way to resolve this is to block the transaction on our company credit card?

Yeah so they can send you the same email over and over (copy-paste)

i placed and order last wednesday and paid for overnight delivery. Thrusday they told me told me that the payment just got confirm.

and now tuesday they told me that they payment just got confirm...

this is very bad costumer services...

i was living in ottawa for over 20 years and was one of the first costumer on rideau street. been a faithfull costumer since...

i now live in quebec city and still order and tell my surrounding to order for canadacomputer...

but now i think i need to find a new store to shop... i dont mind the delay for delivery... its the lack of communication that pist me off...

i just dont feel like my busyness is important to you!

I'm sorry I don't have any further information for you. I am actually a staff working at a retail store location, I don't have any access to online orders. The contact avenues I provided above is all the information I have.
