RE: Canada Computer's Return Policy
Normally that service sends me packing. I've tried several times to walk into CC just to shop, no rush or anything. every single time I've been treated like a leper or something by staff and thus simply walk out and buy it elsewhere.

I'd prefer to shop canadian but if I'm treated terribly I'll buy from a big box store instead.

RE: Canada Computer's Return Policy
I like CC for the variety of electronics, peripherals and PC components they have on the floor compared to BB and FS. But they have to invest on training people and stop collecting money from unhappy customers. Theirs is a very promising business but I see no future with the way they do their business.

RE: Canada Computer's Return Policy
Return policy is 14 days. While we can extend the return a bit in some circumstances, 2 months since purchase is too far over the 14 day limit, we cannot accept a return for this item.

Please see our complete Return & Exchange Policies.

My thoughts, views, and opinions do not reflect that of Canada Computers and are solely my own.

My rig:
Intel Core i7-4790k
Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3
Patriot Viper 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1866MHz
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB
120GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD (OS)
1TB Seagate Desktop (Games)
2TB WD Green (Storage)

RE: Canada Computer's Return Policy
Just recently returned a monitor with a dead pixel. I was able to return it however, i was still charged with restocking fee of 10%. It's crazy that they don't consider that as a defect. It's BS were we have to pay with a clear defective device. If I would return just for a scratch or a dent then I can just consider myself keeping it but a DEAD PIXEL! even though it's a single one, it could affect any other pixel in the long run... get your policy rechecked. it's madness.
