RE: Water Cooling Emergency
You should call a store, because not every store may have someone who's going to do it.
Or you could do it yourself.

Intel i5-2500k @4.0GHz
Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
Asus GTX570 @850/1700/4000MHz 1001mV
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb @1600MHz
Corsair 500R
Corsair AX850
EVGA CPU Cooler

Like, i can try to install it myself, But I don't know what to do after I install it. I need pumps and reservoirs and stuff like that, I don't know where to buy them, Or what's the best. Can someone recommend me some?

Best idea would be to buy everything from the same manufacturer and if you want someone at CC to do it for you, you have to buy all the part. (Did you already brought the video card waterblock?)
Something you don't want to ever do is mix metal and use tap water.

RE: Water Cooling Emergency
Also, What was he installing in the last part? Like back plates on the back of the card. First the actual block then something else on the back. They were 2 black sqaures. Do they come in the kit or do I have to purchase then separately? if manual purchase, Where may I buy?
Also, last comment What would I have to buy WITH that water block? I need the complete list of Actual ITEMS, Not what they are. Just the item itself that I will purchase. I'm a beginner
I bought my parts for my Comp at CC and Also asked them to build it for me if thats what you mean. Asus doesn't sell water blocks.

Without having a clear image of what your computer looks like and how much you want to spend, your not likely going to have good info.

RE: Water Cooling Emergency
HAF-X or HAF 932 (advance), really important since they don't have the same place for rads.

Asus GTX570 @850/1700/4000MHz 1001mV

Double check everything, they don't have a lot of info on their website.
Like will the rad fit in your case with your CPU watercooler plus how much tubing will you need.

And the list is missing coolant, they only have orange and purple which I find hideous
